The ZKTeco SenseFace 4 Series is a SIP-ready access control terminal for commercial doors, combining facial authentication, RFID card access, password entry and video intercom capability in a compact IP65-rated wall-mount device. The range includes SenseFace 4A and SenseFace 4B, with SenseFace 4A adding in-glass fingerprint authentication.
The ZKTeco SenseFace 4 Series is a compact commercial access control terminal designed for door entry points where biometric authentication, card access, PIN entry and video intercom are required in one device. It is suitable for offices, shared facilities, staff entrances and controlled access points that need a professional wall-mounted terminal with practical door hardware interfaces.
The series includes two models: SenseFace 4A and SenseFace 4B. SenseFace 4A is the higher authentication model with in-glass fingerprint support, while SenseFace 4B is a streamlined face, card and password terminal. Both models use visible light facial authentication and include a 4.3-inch touch display, WDR binocular camera and IP65-rated protection.

SIP 2.0 video intercom support makes the terminal suitable for entry points that need both access control and visitor communication.
The terminal includes interfaces for electric lock, door sensor, exit button, auxiliary input, Wiegand and RS485 connections.
SenseFace 4 Series is designed as an access control terminal, not just a reader. It supports common door access requirements such as access levels, groups, holidays, anti-passback, tamper switch alarm, record query and automatic status switching. This makes it practical for commercial sites that need more than a basic card reader at the door.
The key difference is fingerprint support. SenseFace 4A includes an in-glass fingerprint sensor and supports fingerprint, face, card and password authentication. SenseFace 4B supports face, card and password authentication, without fingerprint support.
The SenseFace 4 Series includes SIP Client Version 2.0 support and is compatible with ZKTeco SIP video intercom indoor monitors VT07-B01 and VT07-B01-W. ONVIF support is also included, making the range suitable for sites where door access and video communication need to be considered together.
For access control wiring and integration, the terminal supports TCP/IP, shared Wiegand input or output, ZKTeco RS485, USB Type-A for USB drive use, electric lock, door sensor, exit button and 12V output. Wi-Fi, IC card and wireless doorbell functions are optional and should be confirmed before ordering.
The SenseFace 4 Series supports zkbio cvaccess and ZKBioTime, with ZKBio Zlink listed for mobile app and cloud service use. The firmware supports AC Push and TA Push protocol switching and can change to BEST protocol for linking with ZKBio Zlink AC module.
Choose SenseFace 4A where fingerprint authentication is required alongside face, card and password options. Choose SenseFace 4B where fingerprint access is not needed and the site only requires face, card and password authentication.
