A few useful answers.

Can we keep our existing access cards or equipment?

Sometimes. Card technology, data format, reader interfaces and software support all need to match. Share your current model and card details so we can check what can be retained. Pharmapac’s project-specific upgrade is one example, not a promise that every HID card works with every ZKTeco reader.

Do we have to use biometrics?

No. Depending on the system, options include cards, fobs, PIN, QR and mobile credentials as well as supported biometric methods. We help you choose around your users, site and operational requirements.

Can time and attendance connect to our payroll?

The right route depends on your payroll platform, attendance software and required workflow. It may involve reports, file exports or a supported integration. Tell us which payroll product and version you use so we can check the options.

Do you work with our installer or IT provider?

Yes. We work with your installer, integrator or IT provider on product selection and technical questions. If you don’t already have an installer, we can help connect you with a partner installer. Installation, commissioning and handover responsibilities are agreed for the project.

What information helps you recommend a system?

Start with the site location, what you want to manage, the number of doors, lanes or staff, and any equipment or software already in use. Photos, model numbers and a simple plan are useful if you have them.
