The ZKTeco FHT2400 is a single-lane full height turnstile for controlled pedestrian access. Its rotating barrier and SUS304 stainless steel cabinet provide a defined passage through a perimeter or secure entrance. It suits projects such as industrial facilities, corporate premises, government sites and public transport entrances where access needs to be managed through an access control system.
The FHT2400 uses a semi-automatic mechanism. When the configured access system grants permission, the mechanism releases and the pedestrian pushes the rotating arms to pass. An LED direction indicator provides visible guidance at the entrance. Direction settings support passage in both directions or a selected direction, allowing the installer to configure the lane around the site’s entry and exit arrangements.
The passage width is 580 mm. Maximum throughput is 20 people per minute with RFID or 15 people per minute with fingerprint verification when the corresponding access configuration is fitted. These are maximum figures; the credential method and the way people use the entrance affect practical flow.

The installed dimensions are 1400 × 1320 × 2220 mm (L × W × H), with a 230 kg net weight. The FHT2400 is rated IP54 and may be used indoors or outdoors with shelter, as required by the user manual. Stainless steel still needs appropriate care: the manufacturer advises against highly corrosive environments such as seaside locations and chemical plants. SUS316 barrier material is an option, subject to the ordered configuration.
Installation planning should cover the solid mounting platform, reliable earthing, power and control cabling, weather exposure and the site’s emergency-access arrangements. The installation guide recommends a horizontal solid platform 50–100 mm high. Confirm the final dimensions and mounting details against the supplied unit before preparing the site.
