Create seamless curved LED video walls with ZKDigimax Flexible LED modules. Five IP45-rated models for stage, retail and commercial installations in New Zealand.
The ZKDigimax Flexible LED Display is a modular LED video-wall series for projects that need to move beyond a flat rectangle. Its flexible modules form smooth inner and outer curves, allowing architects, retailers, event producers and commercial-fit-out teams to build an immersive visual feature around the space rather than forcing the space to suit the screen.
Flexible LED is designed for curved installations without visible edges, bumps or dark lines between modules. That makes it a practical choice for feature walls, curved counters, retail fit-outs, hospitality venues, stage backdrops and branded environments where the display needs to follow a radius or create a sculptural focal point. The flexible silicone rear shell, magnetic installation approach and front-and-rear service access support a tidy, project-led installation.
The range uses full-colour 1R1G1B LED configuration, with a 5000:1 contrast ratio, 12–16-bit adjustable grey scale and a 50/60Hz frame-change frequency. Brightness is specified at 650–800cd across the series, while the adjustable 3000–10000K colour-temperature range helps the final visual treatment suit the surrounding environment.
The series includes DG01-A3P12, DG01-A3P15, DG03-A1P18, DG01-A3P20 and DG03-A3P25. Every module measures 320 × 160 × 5.25mm, but pixel density, module resolution, scanning mode, refresh performance and power consumption vary by model. This allows the screen design to be matched to the intended viewing distance, content type, curve geometry and project budget.
DG01-A3P12 provides the highest listed pixel density at 640,000 dots/m² and 256 × 128 module resolution. DG01-A3P15 follows at 422,500 dots/m² and 208 × 104 resolution. DG03-A1P18, DG01-A3P20 and DG03-A3P25 are specified at 288,906, 250,000 and 160,000 dots/m² respectively. Select the model as part of the complete LED-wall design; individual module figures do not replace a viewing-distance, cabinet and controller assessment.
Flexible LED Display is well suited to clothing stores, cafés, grocery and cosmetic retail, exhibition spaces, entertainment venues, stage environments and commercial reception areas. It combines a large viewing angle with smooth surface modelling, so brand content can wrap around curves and draw attention from multiple positions. The brochure also specifies low heat generation and low power consumption, helping designers create a dramatic visual feature without treating it as a conventional fixed-format display.
The modules are IP45 rated and operate from a 110–220V AC input that can be customised for the project. They have a stated 100,000-hour lifespan, a -10°C to 50°C working temperature range and 20–85% RH operating humidity without condensation. IP45 should be considered within the complete installation design; it is not a blanket substitute for project-specific weather protection, cabinet detailing, electrical design or structural approval.
Cabinet size can be customised to the module dimensions, with the brochure identifying a sheet-metal sandblasted iron cabinet and a ≤0.3mm cabinet-flatness figure. Confirm the curve radius, total screen dimensions, selected module model, controller, content source, power distribution, mounting structure, access strategy and environmental requirements before the design is finalised. NZTeco can help translate the Flexible LED range into a practical LED video-wall proposal for the actual site.
