The ZKDigimax DG01-C2 Outdoor Rental LED Display is a modular LED screen range designed for demanding temporary and semi-permanent display projects. Its die-cast aluminium cabinets are made for fast assembly, transportation and removal, helping event teams, production companies and venue operators build bright, large-format LED displays for stage performances, cultural events, outdoor advertising and high-visibility commercial messaging.
The range includes four pixel-pitch options: DG01-C2P26, DG01-C2P29, DG01-C2P39 and DG01-C2P48. This allows the display to be matched to the installation scale, budget, planned content and expected viewing distance. The P2.6 and P2.9 options are specified for recommended viewing distances from 2m to 15m, while the P3.9 and P4.8 options are specified from 3m to 15m. DG01-C2 cabinets are available in 500 × 500 × 90mm and 500 × 1000 × 90mm formats. The 500mm cabinet weighs 8.5kg per panel, while the 1000mm cabinet weighs 16.6kg per panel. Their DC12 die-cast aluminium construction gives the range a slim, lightweight cabinet platform for transport and set-up, while the brochure specifies quick installation and a noise-free design.
For outdoor deployments, the series has an IP65 protection level and is described as water resistant and wind resistant. This makes it suitable for planned outdoor LED installations, but the final screen design must still account for site conditions, support-bracket design, wind loading, drainage, power distribution and safe cable management. The display is specified for operation from -10°C to +45°C at up to 55% RH, so the location and environmental exposure should be reviewed as part of each project.
All four models are specified at 3,500–5,000 nits brightness, with a 110° horizontal and 110° vertical viewing angle. A 60Hz video-frame rate and 1920–3840Hz refresh rate support effective presentation of live visuals, campaign graphics and video content. Manual or automatic brightness control gives operators a practical way to manage the display across changing ambient conditions.
The panel resolution and pixel density vary by model: DG01-C2P26 uses 192 × 192 dots per 500mm cabinet, DG01-C2P29 uses 168 × 168, DG01-C2P39 uses 128 × 128, and DG01-C2P48 uses 104 × 104. Larger 500 × 1000mm cabinets double the corresponding vertical resolution. This modular approach means a system can be planned around the desired aspect ratio and screen size rather than a single fixed display format.
The series supports SDI, S-Video, DVI and HDMI input signals, with 50/60Hz input power frequency. Maximum input power is specified at 650W/m² and typical input power at 190W/m². Before installation, plan the content signal route, controller equipment, electrical circuits, suspension or support method, service access and all required safety measures. The official specification lists fixed installation with a support bracket; event and building requirements should be confirmed for the intended site.
