The ZKDigimax Sailing LED Flip Display is a foldable, cabinetless LED display system designed for mobile visual installations across events, conference spaces, retail activations, hospitality venues, transport environments and commercial presentations. Its 1 m-wide display format folds through 360 degrees, helping teams move a large-format visual surface in a compact, practical form.
The Sailing range covers EP150 to EP400 display heights. Sailing EP150, EP175, EP200 and EP225 provide 1.5 m to 2.25 m screen heights, while Sailing EP250 through EP400 extend from 2.5 m to 4.0 m. This makes it easier to select a screen height that suits the viewing distance, room scale, mounting position and content plan without changing to a conventional cabinet-built wall.
The 14 mm display structure is designed without a conventional cabinet, frame or counterweight, keeping the screen slim and straightforward to position. At 12 kg/m², the display supports practical handling for temporary and repeat-use applications. The EP150-EP225 series is supplied with an electric lift pole, control box, built-in power supply, asynchronous card and receiver. Its integrated motor provides one-click automatic lifting. For the larger EP250-EP400 series, the built-in motor and screen/control-box layout support the same mobile deployment concept at a larger display height.
For planned event work, the brochure specifies three installation steps and an approximate five-minute setup by one person for the EP150-EP225 range. The EP250-EP400 range is specified for a two-person, three-step setup in approximately 20 minutes. Choose from 2.6 mm, 3.9 mm and 5.2 mm pixel-pitch options to match the application and expected viewing distance. The series uses high-refresh LED technology, with the brochure listing up to 2,000 Hz for the 2.6 mm option and 3,840 Hz for the 3.9 mm and 5.2 mm options. High greyscale and colour-saturation performance help presentation content, motion graphics, brand messaging and video retain a smooth, compelling appearance.
Combined power and signal connections simplify deployment. A spare plug-in interface supports servicing and module replacement, while the system can be used as one screen or arranged as multiple screens for horizontal tiling and flexible curved splicing. The brochure also shows 16:9 arrangements using four screens in the EP150-EP225 series and seven screens in the EP250-EP400 series, providing a practical path from a single portable display to a wider event presentation surface.
The Sailing LED Flip is rated for indoor and semi-outdoor applications. This is not a blanket outdoor-installation claim: final suitability should account for the selected pixel pitch, IP rating, exposure, location, electrical supply, content operation and installation method.
