The ZKDigimax LED COB utilizes cutting-edge Chip-on-Board technology to deliver exceptional display quality. Its flexible cabinet design and flip-chip technology ensure durability and versatility, making it ideal for various applications requiring high-resolution and seamless visuals.
ZKDigimax DGLED-COB is an indoor Chip-on-Board (COB) LED display range for close-viewing video walls where image quality, fine pixel pitch and flexible cabinet design matter. Available in 0.7, 0.9, 1.2, 1.5 and 1.8 pixel-pitch options, it is a strong choice for security command centres, television and broadcast environments, corporate display spaces and premium window displays.
DGLED-COB combines COB and flip-chip technology with a common-cathode design. The series supports a 10,000:1 contrast ratio, HDR10+ high-dynamic-range display, 120Hz image refresh and DCI-P3 wide colour-gamut coverage. Together, these capabilities give project teams a practical platform for detailed content, multi-screen monitoring and high-impact visual communication in indoor environments.
Each model uses a 16:9 cabinet format and a 600 × 337.5mm cabinet footprint, helping designers build familiar widescreen display layouts. The range supports standard and half-cabinet formats, 45-degree cut angles and configurations up to a 90-degree right angle—useful when a project calls for more than a conventional flat video wall.
Choose the pixel pitch around the expected viewing distance, the content to be shown and the required overall screen resolution. The 0.7 and 0.9 options suit the closest-viewing applications, while 1.2, 1.5 and 1.8 provide further choices for larger indoor video walls. NZTeco can help match the selected pitch, cabinet layout, mounting method, controller and power design to the room and content requirements.
The brochure specifies a 100,000-hour lifetime, AC 100–240V / 50–60Hz input and an operating-temperature range of -20°C to +60°C. DGLED-COB is specified for indoor use. For a completed solution, confirm the final screen dimensions, structural support, electrical distribution, data path, access and service strategy during project design.
