The ZKDigimax DG03-A4F AI standing signage series combines a 43 or 55-inch Full HD display, integrated camera and eight-microphone array for engaging, configurable visitor interactions and digital content delivery.
The ZKDigimax DG03-A4F AI standing signage series is a freestanding, portrait-format display platform for customer-facing locations that need more than a conventional digital poster. Available as the 43-inch DG03-A4F43 and 55-inch DG03-A4F55, it combines a Full HD screen, integrated camera, eight-microphone array, stereo audio and Android 12 to support configured digital content and real-time interaction scenarios.
This makes the series a practical option for reception areas, universities, hospitality, healthcare waiting areas, government counters and other public spaces where visitors benefit from a clear first point of contact. The display can present information visually, play digital media and support tailored interaction experiences, helping organisations deliver a more consistent welcome, service message or wayfinding prompt.
The DG03-A4F supports AI face detection, real-time face-to-face interaction and multi-round dialogue functions. Its built-in camera and eight-microphone array provide the hardware base for voice-led interaction scenarios, while configurable sessions, pages and interaction flows allow the experience to be shaped around a particular service environment. Face-detection functionality should always be planned with appropriate privacy, consent and data-handling requirements for the site.
The series is also compatible with ZKDigimax ScreenDirect CMS. This provides a path for centralised digital-signage content management alongside the configured interaction experience. NZTeco can help define the practical scope: which content is scheduled, what visitor queries or prompts are appropriate, how the device connects to the network and what is required for a responsible deployment.
Both models use Android 12.0 with a quad-core Cortex-A76 plus quad-core Cortex-A55 processor, 4 GB RAM and 64 GB ROM. The portrait display is 1920 × 1080 at 16:9, with 350 cd/m² typical brightness, 1200:1 contrast, 60 Hz frequency and 178° horizontal and vertical viewing angles. ELED backlighting is specified, along with a display life of more than 30,000 hours.
The platform supports portrait and landscape playback, 180° rotation, network and local playback, and single, folder-loop or full-loop playback modes. Common video, audio and image formats are supported, allowing organisations to build a practical mix of welcome screens, campaigns, video, information panels and interactive content. Connectivity includes 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, RJ45 LAN and Bluetooth, with HDMI input and output, USB 3.0, Type-C, line input and line output available for project integration.
The DG03-A4F is designed for continuous 24/7 operation in suitable indoor commercial environments. It has an all-metal enclosure and tempered-glass display surface, with a specified operating range of 0°C to 50°C and 20% to 80% operating humidity. It is not an outdoor-rating statement: confirm the final location, weather exposure, viewing conditions and installation requirements with NZTeco before ordering.
Model choice comes down to available space and viewing distance. DG03-A4F43 measures 1780.6 × 578.4 × 400 mm and has a net weight of 38.2 kg; DG03-A4F55 measures 1850 × 729.4 × 450 mm and has a net weight of 49 kg.
