Auckland Art Gallery needed a smarter way to manage access to its Members’ Lounge for thousands of active members. NZTeco delivered a ZKTeco SpeedFace V4L Pro solution integrated with Salesforce and zkbio cvsecurity, allowing approved members to enter quickly using QR or barcode credentials while keeping access permissions up to date in real time.
Tātaki Auckland Limited (Auckland Council’s economic & cultural agency) engaged NZTeco to transform access to the Members’ Lounge at Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki. With more than 6 000 active members, the Gallery needed a secure, contact‑free system that could sync member data from Salesforce, issue time‑bound QR / barcodes, and grant entry with a single scan or face read.
Auckland Art Gallery is owned and operated by Tātaki Auckland Unlimited (TAU), a council‑controlled organisation acting on behalf of Auckland Council.

Now, when a member’s details are updated or created in Salesforce, the system instantly pushes their barcode or QR access credentials to the ZKTeco SpeedFace V4L Pro device. Members simply scan their code at the entrance to the Members’ Lounge and receive instant visual confirmation. The system ensures that only current, eligible members can gain access.
