The ZKTeco FaceDepot-7BL is a hybrid-biometric terminal that pairs visible-light facial recognition with palm authentication on a 7-inch touchscreen, with optional fingerprint and RFID for sites that want every credential type on one device. Linux-based, anti-spoofing across all modes. Suits premium NZ corporate receptions, hospitals, government departments and pharmaceutical sites where one terminal needs to handle every staff and visitor case.
The FaceDepot-7BL is what gets specified when the brief reads “we want all the biometrics on one device, big screen, indoor, premium aesthetic.” Face is the primary read for everyday staff. Palm covers staff with hand conditions or PPE. Fingerprint and RFID cover legacy users and visitors. The 7-inch touchscreen gives shift-rule prompts and visitor enrollment room to breathe.
The G3 Pro leads with palm vein recognition and sits in the Green Label time-and-attendance line ? designed for sites where palm hygiene and anti-spoofing are the main concern. The FaceDepot-7BL leads with face recognition and treats palm as the secondary mode for staff who can’t enrol on face. Pick the G3 Pro when palm is the primary use case (food processing, healthcare clinical areas). Pick the 7BL when face is primary and palm is the safety net for the 5?10% of staff face doesn’t suit.
