The ZKTeco ZKAIO4000W is an all-in-one Android POS terminal designed to bring the display, customer-facing screen, receipt printer and counter connections together in one streamlined unit. It is well suited to retail outlets, restaurants, cafés and coffee shops that need a compact point-of-sale workstation with a modern touchscreen interface and a tidy counter footprint.

At the operator side, the ZKAIO4000W uses a 15.6-inch bezel-free, true-flat LCD with projected capacitive multi-touch. A standard 11.6-inch secondary customer display provides a clear second screen for customer-facing information. The terminal is built around an ARM Cortex-A17 quad-core processor with Android 7.1, 2GB DDR3 RAM and 16GB ROM.

Integrated receipt printing and counter connectivity

A built-in 80mm thermal printer gives the terminal an integrated receipt-printing workflow, with a 58mm printer option available. The unit also provides a direct RJ11 connection for a cash drawer, helping keep routine counter hardware contained within the POS setup rather than relying on separate desktop peripherals.

For connection to the wider store network and accessories, the ZKAIO4000W includes four USB ports, one Micro USB OTG port and one RJ45 LAN port supporting 10/100Mbps. Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n is supported for sites that require wireless network connectivity. Prepare the counter for a reliable POS workflow

A good POS installation begins with the counter layout. Allow space for the operator to use the touchscreen comfortably, present the secondary display to the customer and replace thermal-paper rolls without disturbing cables. Plan a protected power outlet and either a wired LAN point or appropriate Wi-Fi coverage.
