The ZKDigimax DG01-A8 Transparent LED Film Display brings digital content to glass-facing spaces without replacing the character of the existing façade. Designed for mounting on glass curtain walls and similar glazed surfaces, the LED film creates a high-impact display layer while retaining the light, open appearance that makes a window frontage valuable. It is a practical choice for businesses that want prominent moving content at a storefront, mall entrance or interior glazed partition without a conventional steel-framed LED cabinet.
The DG01-A8 series is available in three pixel-pitch options: P4.0, P6.5 and P10. These configurations allow the display to be matched to the installation scale, content detail and intended viewing distance. The lightweight film structure weighs 6kg/m² and is designed without a steel frame, while the series supports a customisable size approach to help a project follow the dimensions of the available glass area. Transparent LED film is well suited to sites where an opaque sign would obstruct views, daylight or the architectural finish. The DG01-A8 is designed to complement glass curtain walls, enabling promotional, branding and visual-content displays across a transparent surface. It makes a strong fit for coffee shops, malls, automatic doors and clothing stores, as shown in the official application examples, and can also be considered for showrooms, reception glazing and customer-facing commercial interiors.
The series combines high transparency with high-brightness LED output. Depending on the selected configuration, transmittance is specified at 55%, 60% or 85%, and brightness is specified from at least 4,000cd/m² to at least 5,000cd/m². A refresh frequency of at least 3840Hz and wide stated viewing angles of at least 150° horizontally and vertically support clear digital signage from the main approach paths around the installation.
Each film section is designed for front or rear maintenance, giving installers flexibility to plan service access around the glazing and internal fit-out. The three listed configurations use 960 × 256mm, 962 × 208mm or 960 × 320mm panel dimensions, with maximum power from 600W/m² to 800W/m² and average power from 200W/m² to 300W/m². Electrical and mounting requirements should be planned as part of the project, particularly where the display will cover a larger glass area.
The DG01-A8 has an IP30 protection level, a stated operating-temperature range of -20°C to 65°C and operating humidity of 10–90% RH. IP30 does not state water-ingress protection, so the proposed position should be assessed for exposure and mounting detail before installation. This keeps the design focused on the intended transparent-display result while allowing the selected configuration, glass substrate and service access to be confirmed properly.
