The ZKTeco PS901B is a 12V DC 3A regulated power supply with battery backup support, built for door access hardware. Powers electric strikes, maglocks, controllers and alarms, and accepts a 12V 7Ah backup battery (sold separately) so doors keep working through a power cut. Adjustable 0 to 15 second timer for clean strike control.
The ZKTeco PS901B is the no-fuss 12V PSU most installers reach for when fitting out a single door or small access control system. Delivers regulated 12V DC at up to 3A momentary and 1.2A continuous, enough headroom for a strike, controller, reader and request-to-exit button on the same line.
Drop in a 12V 7Ah sealed lead-acid battery (sold separately) and the PSU automatically switches to battery on mains failure. Fail-secure strikes stay locked, fail-safe maglocks behave predictably, and access controllers keep logging through short outages, without scrambling for a generator.
The 0 to 15 second adjustable timer gives a clean release pulse for electric strikes without needing a separate timer relay. Set it to match the dwell time on the door closer to avoid both nuisance lockouts and slammed doors.
