ZKTeco strengthens outdoor security portfolio with Longzhiyuan acquisition
As the official NZ partner of ZKTeco, NZTeco is proud to highlight our vendor’s major strategic move: ZKTeco Co., Ltd. has signed an agreement to acquire a 55% stake in Longzhiyuan Technology Co., Ltd. (Longzy) for RMB 416 million.
This transaction marks a key milestone in ZKTeco’s push into the smart outdoor solutions market — spanning wildlife monitoring, outdoor security, adventure & range-tracking technology.
