7. Terms and Conditions
By submitting this form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to NZTeco Limited’s Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to:
1. General Terms
1.1 These Terms govern the sale of ZKTeco products (“Products”) by NZTeco Limited (“NZTeco”) to the Customer (“Customer”).
1.2 By applying for an account, the Customer agrees to these Terms, which supersede all prior agreements.
1.3 Customer levels (Distributor, Reseller/Integrator, End-User) will be confirmed upon approval, and special terms (if applicable) will be provided in writing.
2. Quotations & Order Validity
2.1 Quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified in writing.
2.2 Orders must be submitted in writing or through NZTeco’s website. NZTeco reserves the right to accept or reject orders.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 New Zealand Distributors & Resellers:
- Payment terms will be confirmed based on the Customer's approved account status.
- Payment must be made in full and within the agreed timeframes.
3.2 End-User Clients (Commercial Projects):
- 50% deposit required to confirm the order and initiate installation.
- Final balance due upon completion, prior to system activation and training.
- Monthly licensing fees apply from the second month.
3.3 International Clients: Full payment required at the time of order placement.
4. Goods and Services Tax (GST)
4.1 GST applies to all orders within New Zealand and is included in estimates. Our GST registration number is 138-382-885.
4.2 International orders are GST-exempt.
5. Retention of Title & Security Interest (PPSA)
5.1 Ownership of goods remains with NZTeco Limited until full payment is received.
5.2 NZTeco Limited holds a security interest in all present and after-acquired property of the customer under the Personal Property Securities Act (PPSA).
5.3 NZTeco Limited may register a general security interest over the customer’s assets and goods supplied on the Personal Property Security Register (PPSR), securing all amounts owing.
5.4 The customer waives the right to receive verification statements under the PPSA.
6. Warranty & Superior Support
6.1 Standard Warranty: A standard 12-month warranty applies to all products unless otherwise agreed in writing. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery.
6.2 NZTeco’s Industry-Leading Support:
At NZTeco, we take great pride in our outstanding support model. Unlike many suppliers, we gladly offer direct support to your customers via our dedicated support ticketing system. This ensures fast and reliable assistance without unnecessary delays.
- Our technical support team is highly trained and experienced in ZKTeco solutions.
- We offer direct end-user support via our online ticketing system, reducing your support burden as a reseller.
- A public link to our ticketing system is available on our website, ensuring transparent and easy access to support.
NZTeco’s commitment to world-class support allows our partners to focus on growing their business while we handle the technical aspects.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
7.1 These Terms are governed by New Zealand law.
7.2 Any disputes will be resolved in New Zealand courts.
8. Amendments to Terms
8.1 NZTeco Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments apply to future quotations and invoices after notification.
