How it Works
If you find the same technology or solution offered by a competitor at a lower price, we will match that price. Whether it’s access control, biometric devices, turnstiles, or time & attendance solutions, we ensure that our customers always get the best value.
Our promise applies to:
- ZKTeco products
- Similar access control systems, biometric devices, turnstiles, and time & attendance systems from other trusted brands
- Comparable products featuring the same or similar technology, including swipe tag (RFID), facial recognition, fingerprint biometrics, or multi-factor authentication
Terms and Conditions: NZTeco Price Match Promise
- Overview
The NZTeco Price Match Promise (the “Promise”) is offered by NZTeco Ltd. (“NZTeco”) to ensure that our customers get the best possible prices on ZKTeco products and similar solutions in New Zealand. This includes products from other brands using the same or similar technologies. By taking part in the Promise, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions.
- Eligibility
The Promise is open to customers who have bought or plan to buy a ZKTeco product or solution, or a similar product from another brand, from NZTeco in New Zealand. The lower price must be available to the public and verifiable by NZTeco at the time of the price match request.
- Exclusions
The following situations are not covered by the Promise:
- Lower prices from unauthorised sellers, auction websites, classified ads, or private sales.
- Prices that are part of a membership or loyalty program, or are only for certain customers.
- Prices that are part of a bundle, package deal, or are combined with other products or services.
- Prices that are wrong or misprinted by the competitor.
- Prices that are lower because of special promotions, rebates, financing offers, or clearance sales.
- Prices that are not in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
- Price Match Request
To make a price match request, customers must provide the following information:- The name and location of the competitor with the lower price.
- The specific ZKTeco product, solution model number, or similar product from another brand.
- A valid and complete URL to the competitor’s website or a copy of the competitor’s current advertisement showing the lower price.
- A written quote or invoice from the competitor, dated within 30 days of the price match request, which clearly shows the price, product model, and item availability.
- Verification and Approval
After receiving a price match request, NZTeco will check the lower price and see if it meets the eligibility requirements. NZTeco has the right to ask for more information or documents to check the lower price. Approval of the price match request is up to NZTeco. NZTeco will tell the customer of its decision within 5 business days of getting the request.
- Price Adjustment
If the price match request is approved, NZTeco will change the price of the ZKTeco product, solution, or similar product to match or beat the lower price. The changed price will only be for the specific product and quantity stated in the approved request. Any other items or later purchases will be based on the current pricing.
- Limitations
The Promise is limited to one price match per product, per customer, and cannot be used with any other offers or promotions. NZTeco has the right to change, modify, or stop the Promise at any time without telling you beforehand.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are based on the laws of New Zealand, and any problems from or related to the Promise will be dealt with by the courts of New Zealand.
